Multi-User

  • Roster sync: the list of people in your shared workspace now syncs reliably across all devices
  • Inbox filtering: in multi-user mode, the Inbox now shows only tasks assigned to you
  • Habits & routines: habits and routines are now properly scoped per person; unowned items show a Claim button so you can take ownership
  • GTD Frames: frames are now per-person in multi-user mode, with AI suggestions filtered to your frames only
  • Goals in GLANCE: the goals carousel in the GLANCE panel now correctly shows only your goals, not other people's

Settings

  • All settings sections (Calendar Sync, AI, Obsidian, Cloud Sync, Glance Intent, etc.) are now collapsed by default for a cleaner first look

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a duplicate ALL DAY section appearing on tablets in List view
  • Fixed "Project complete: {{title}}" showing as a raw placeholder in the Daily Summary instead of the project name
  • Fixed "+ + Add person" showing two plus signs in the multi-user settings
  • Removed the calendar sync button on Android and iOS (these apps use native OS calendar access and don't need it)
