Fixed

• GLANCEvault (beta): your existing tasks now upload on first sync. When you
  enable GLANCEvault, your full current dataset is pushed on the first sync,
  rather than only changes made afterward.
• GLANCEvault (beta): tasks no longer go missing when synced out of order. A
  task received before the category it belongs to (which can happen after a
  category is renamed, or when changes arrive from multiple devices) is now held
  and applied automatically once its category arrives, instead of being dropped.

Notes

• Patch release, fully backward compatible. No effect unless you use GLANCEvault.
