Dates and the last hardcoded-English strings now follow the language you pick
in the app, instead of a mix of US formatting and browser-locale guesses.

Locale-aware dates

• Dates display in each language's natural order and script: June 14, 2025
  in English, 14. Juni 2025 in German, 2025年6月14日 in Chinese.
• Date-entry grids (add milestone, chapter start and end, onboarding) now
  order their month, day, and year fields to match the selected language and
  show localized month names.
• Timeline today label and axis ticks, milestone detail and chapter member
  dates, and the sync, backup, activity, import, and help timestamps all
  follow the app language.

Translated relative-time and labels

• Relative-time wording is now localized, including word order and tense
  (for example 2 mo ago becomes 2 個月前, vor 2 Monaten, or
  il y a 2 mois). The count-up animation on the stats countdown and the
  onboarding reveal is preserved.
• The remaining English UI labels are translated across all nine languages:
  precision tabs (day, month, year), visibility tabs (inherit, shown, hidden),
  text-size options (small, normal, big, bigger), idle-timeout options, and
  the age suffix on milestones.

Notes

• Non-English strings for the new labels are an initial pass and welcome a
  native-speaker review.
