• napi service-wrapper App is now actually exposed to consumers as the default App export. Two bugs broke this chain since 0.23.48: (a) strip_typescript_annotations mangled the converted require() calls (truncated trailing parenthesis on the destructured import lines), so service.cjs failed to load at runtime and the post-build patch in index.js silently caught the error; (b) the post-build PatchFile marker was a hardcoded module.exports.JsWebSocketMessage = nativeBinding.JsWebSocketMessage string that doesn't exist in most generated index.js files, so the wrapper-export injection never fired. The marker is now the always-present module.exports = nativeBinding; line, and the patched block requires ./service.cjs (the transpiled CommonJS) before that final assignment so wrapper exports stick. Consumers' destructuring const { App, ... } = require('@<name>/node'); now resolves to the wrapper App with route methods (get/post/put/patch/delete/into_router) instead of the bare native binding. Added 4 unit tests for strip_typescript_annotations (import conversion, export class removal, private keyword removal, type-annotation stripping) and 1 integration test asserting the patch injects wrapper exports before the native export.
• elixir scaffold no longer lists native/<nif>/src in the Hex package files: when that directory does not exist on disk. The prior code path unconditionally included native/<nif>/src when no workspace root was provided AND no external_elixir_src was configured, so mix hex.publish would fail with Missing files: native/<nif>/src for any package whose NIF source is co-located with the wrapper in lib/ or lives outside the canonical packages/elixir/native/<nif>/src/ layout. The fix removes the unverified fallback: alef now only lists native source paths it has confirmed (workspace root + .exists() check or [crate.output] external path); when neither applies, the entry is omitted and lib/ carries the source.
