Fixes to setters and custom #330

removed custom.py script (fixes fix custom options #329)
add getter and setter for new parameters and allows them to return a warning when custom option being used (fixes property and setter decorators broken #320)
fixed bug that would break converting task name on custom data (fixes convert task to more readable may break code #326)
