Add the packwise module: UOM conversion & packaging consolidation
(UOM hierarchies, per-SKU config + GRN behaviors, stateless converters,
a stateful StockLedger, logisticspy document hooks, and five preset
hierarchies). 84 tests passing. Pure stdlib.
