Patch release adding the interactive prompt and the Claude Code plugin marketplace.

What's new

  • alphadynamics (no args) — friendly interactive prompt: asks for sequence / ensemble / steps / device / output, runs prediction, prints Ramachandran basin populations
  • Claude Code plugin under plugins/alphadynamics/ — installable via:
    /plugin marketplace add krisss0mecom/AlphaDynamics
    /plugin install alphadynamics@alphadynamics-skills
  • README + CITATION.cff updated for v0.3.1

Headline (unchanged from v0.3.0)

  • Mean canonical Ramachandran JSD 0.196 vs Microsoft Timewarp 0.468 on the 4AA benchmark (2.39x lower, 3/3 peptide wins) at ~123K parameters total (3000x fewer than Timewarp 396M)

Same weights as v0.3.0 are bundled here as well so anyone pinning v0.3.1 gets a complete download.
