v0.3.8 — auto PyPI version check

Quality-of-life: pip-style upgrade nag.

When a newer version of alphadynamics is published to PyPI, the next time you run the CLI you'll see a yellow hint:

  A new alphadynamics version is available: 0.3.7 -> 0.3.8
  Update with: pip install --upgrade alphadynamics

• 24h cache so it only hits PyPI once per day
• 2s timeout, silent skip on network failure
• Auto-disabled in non-TTY (logs/pipes), CI, or with ALPHADYNAMICS_NO_VERSION_CHECK=1
• Never blocks, never raises

Caught by Krzysztof — standard feature in modern Python CLIs (pip, poetry, npm).

Headline (unchanged): mean canonical Ramachandran JSD 0.196 vs Microsoft Timewarp 0.468 on the 4AA benchmark, ~123K parameters.
