Feature Request - disable auto-discovery

First of all - big fan of the integration and really appreciate all the work you put into this. The integration found my adjustable beds and they are working great. The problem is that it keeps discovering other bluetooth devices (most of which I assume are not even adjustable beds). I've probably ignored at least 5 or 10 other devices. I was thinking that it would be nice to have a toggle to turn off discovery now that I have my beds added. Thanks!
