docs: notification types can be switched off in Einstellungen
Einstellungen gains the group Benachrichtigungen, and the notifications
page says which types a member receives (basetool-android#217).

docs: live Hangar and Blueprints, every notification worded, Verbundene Anwendungen
From basetool-android #195 and #196 (both merged): the Hangar and the
blueprint list refresh on their own, a connected tool's writes
included; four notification kinds that read "Neue Benachrichtigung"
now carry their own text; Einstellungen links to the web page
"Verbundene Anwendungen". Ships with the next update after 0.3.1.

docs: the RSI handle in the app's Einstellungen
Einstellungen gains "RSI-Handle (optional)" as the last KONTO row
(basetool-android #192, merged): how to save and clear it, what a
connected tool may learn from it, and what the field says when the
handle belongs to another profile. Ships with the next update after
0.3.1.

docs: a handbook for the app, not a single page
The wiki was one Home page, and three of its claims were wrong: file imports
"come later" (Fleetview and Blueprint JSON import exist), the refinery shows
"only your own orders" (the whole unit's since 0.2.8), and a crash is logged
for you to send (no crash log or export exists).
Home is now an index, and ten pages cover installation, verifying the APK,
signing in, updates, how to operate the app, every area, notifications,
settings, privacy and troubleshooting, plus a sidebar and footer. Screen
labels are taken from the app's strings.xml; versions from the Gradle files
and the v0.3.0 release (minSdk 31). Status-bar notifications are described
as they work: only while the app is in the foreground.
