Announce app 0.3.1 as the required version
basetool-android v0.3.1 is published and the served-version floor is 16
since 2026-09-25: older builds show "Update erforderlich". 0.3.1 fixes
adding a mission participant as mission manager.

docs: a handbook for the app, not a single page
The wiki was one Home page, and three of its claims were wrong: file imports
"come later" (Fleetview and Blueprint JSON import exist), the refinery shows
"only your own orders" (the whole unit's since 0.2.8), and a crash is logged
for you to send (no crash log or export exists).
Home is now an index, and ten pages cover installation, verifying the APK,
signing in, updates, how to operate the app, every area, notifications,
settings, privacy and troubleshooting, plus a sidebar and footer. Screen
labels are taken from the app's strings.xml; versions from the Gradle files
and the v0.3.0 release (minSdk 31). Status-bar notifications are described
as they work: only while the app is in the foreground.

docs: screenshots can now be allowed from Einstellungen
The page said screenshots are off, full stop. They are still off by
default, but a member can permit them under App > "Screenshots erlauben"
(basetool-android#81, PR #82) — with the recents-thumbnail cost named.

v0.1.0 is out — drop the note, and say what to compare against
Same two changes as the handbook page: the release exists, so the note goes; and the
fingerprint check now points at the README's independent reference rather than at the
notes of the release being checked.

Say that there is no release yet
Same note as the main wiki's page: the download addresses lead nowhere until the
first release exists, and a member following them would conclude the app is broken
rather than unreleased. It comes out with the release.

Add the German handbook page for the Android app as the wiki home
The wiki held only the generated placeholder, so a visitor landed on "Welcome to
the basetool-android wiki!" and found nothing. The handbook goes in as Home rather
than as a second page for that reason: with one page, a landing page that links to
it is a landing page nobody needs.
Covers installing without a store (Obtainium and the manual route), what Android
asks during that, signing in, what the app can and deliberately cannot do, how to
tell a genuine build from a forged one, and what it stores on the device. Ends with
a pointer to the main project's wiki, which documents the Basetool itself.
