docs: the app is discontinued — send the handbook's readers to the web app
Refs krt-profit/basetool-android#247
Home, Installation, Updates and the sidebar now say that the app is discontinued, that
0.6.1 is the last version, and that the interface it talks to the server through is being
switched off — with no date yet, so the notice is explicit that the app keeps working
until then. Each of them points at Web-App-installieren in the main handbook.
Installation says not to install it fresh any more, and Updates names the dead end members
will meet: after a server change the app shows „Update erforderlich" and offers „Zur
Download-Seite", which leads to the version they already have.
The rest of the handbook is left alone. It is still correct for anyone running the app,
and it is not written forward any more.

docs: name 0.5.0 as the release that re-reads the update check
v0.5.0 is published; the page no longer has to say "the version after
0.4.0".

docs: the update check also runs when the member returns to the app
From the release after v0.4.0 the app reads the version policy on
every return to the app and after a 404, at most once a minute
(REQ-APP-API-010 in basetool-android), so "Update erforderlich"
appears right after a server cut instead of screens failing one by one.

docs: a handbook for the app, not a single page
The wiki was one Home page, and three of its claims were wrong: file imports
"come later" (Fleetview and Blueprint JSON import exist), the refinery shows
"only your own orders" (the whole unit's since 0.2.8), and a crash is logged
for you to send (no crash log or export exists).
Home is now an index, and ten pages cover installation, verifying the APK,
signing in, updates, how to operate the app, every area, notifications,
settings, privacy and troubleshooting, plus a sidebar and footer. Screen
labels are taken from the app's strings.xml; versions from the Gradle files
and the v0.3.0 release (minSdk 31). Status-bar notifications are described
as they work: only while the app is in the foreground.
