docs: the Android-App page becomes "Basetool als App installieren (PWA)"
The basetool-android Keycloak client is deleted, so an installed app can
no longer sign in. The page keeps its name so existing links still land,
but now says the app is gone and walks members through installing the web
app on Android, pointing to Web-App-installieren for every other device.
The App Link troubleshooting is gone with the help page it described.
Home, the sidebar and Web-App-installieren link to it under the new title;
the Kartellbank's "In der Android-App" section, the Einsätze app-version
note, the app bullets in Nutzungsbedingungen and the app mentions in
Verbundene Anwendungen and Rollen und Berechtigungen are removed. The
passages that paraphrase the terms of use (Desktop-Extractor and the
changes list in Nutzungsbedingungen) are left as they are.

docs: the Android app is discontinued; the web app is the way onto a phone
Refs krt-profit/basetool-android#247, krt-profit/basetool#2638
Android-App leads with the end-of-life notice and sends members to Web-App-installieren,
which does what the app never could — Einsätze anlegen, Beförderung, Leitung, Profil. Its
three stale „Update erforderlich" banners collapse into one line: whoever still runs the
app needs 0.6.1.
Web-App-installieren no longer presents the app as the better Android option and no longer
frames itself as the Apple route alone; Home lists the web app first and marks the app as
discontinued; the Kartellbank's „In der Android-App" section says so before describing
what the app can do.
The pages that mention the app only in passing — Einsätze, Nutzungsbedingungen, Rollen und
Berechtigungen, Verbundene Anwendungen, Desktop-Extractor, Lager — are left as they are.
They are still true while the app runs, and the backend cut (krt-profit/basetool#2638)
owns that sweep.

docs: the wiki is for normal users only, admin content removed
The wiki is written for members and every non-admin role; admins get
their information elsewhere. This removes everything that described the
admin area or admin-only actions:
- the Administration page and its sidebar entry are gone, and every link
to it is removed;
- Admin columns and admin-only rows are gone from the permission tables,
and ADMIN is gone from the role hierarchy;
- admin pages and sections (ship data, other members' hangars and
blueprints, notification rules, Discord approvals, the organisation
structure editor, bank reset, the audit-log viewer, system settings,
delete actions behind the admin menu) are removed;
- "Admins always / or an admin / admins see everything" qualifiers are
dropped, and user-facing facts that stem from an admin setting stay
without the setting.
An admin is still named where the reader has to contact the
administration or waits on it (account approval, role assignment,
deletion requests). The Admin role keeps one neutral line in the role
overview.
Also joins a notifications table that a stray blank line split in two.

Android-App: connected apps stay in the browser
The list of what stays in the browser left out the connected-apps page,
which the app neither shows nor links (basetool-android origin/main);
Verbundene-Anwendungen and the role matrix already say it is web-only.

Announce app 0.3.1 as the required version
basetool-android v0.3.1 is published and the served-version floor is 16
since 2026-09-25: older builds show "Update erforderlich". 0.3.1 fixes
adding a mission participant as mission manager.

Bring every page in line with the app as it ships today
A page-by-page check of the handbook against the frontend templates, the
German message bundle and the role matrix. Labels are now quoted exactly as
the app renders them: the org-unit switcher is "Aktive Org-Einheit", the
conflict notice is "Konflikt: Jemand war schneller", and the sidebar paths
match the regrouped navigation.
Removed what is no longer true: guest and outsider access (gone since the
members-only change of 2026-09-06), unread notifications kept forever (they
are deleted after 180 days), the Android page's crash log and "later"
imports, and internals that do not belong in a handbook (requirement ids,
class names, raw URLs).
Added what was missing: the third account state "Keine Rolle vergeben",
"Globales Lager leeren", "Menge anbieten" in the Materialbörse, the
Itemsammelübersicht, the terms admin page, and the minimum Desktop-Extractor
version 2.9.1 for sending. The Android page now points to the app's own
handbook instead of duplicating it.

docs(app): what to do when the sign-in lands in the browser
Android can forget that the app may open profit-base.online, mostly on devices
that installed a very early version while the verification file was still broken.
The sign-in then ends in the browser on a page that explains it, and until now
the handbook said nothing about how to get back.
Adds the four repair steps to "Wenn etwas nicht geht", plus the reassurance that
nothing broke and the account is unaffected - the failure looks alarming and is
not.

Anmeldung liegt jetzt unter derselben Adresse wie das Basetool
Die installierte Web-App auf iPhone und iPad wird beim Login nicht mehr aus
ihrem Fenster geworfen. Die Android-App braucht die dazu passende neue Version —
aeltere Installationen koennen sich nicht mehr anmelden.

Add a page on installing the Basetool to a home screen
The web app became installable (main repo ADR-0164, REQ-UI-020), and for iPhone
and iPad members it is the mobile client: they have no native app and will not
get one, because Apple's distribution channels are closed to a fan project.
The new page carries the steps per platform, and the two things a member will
otherwise be surprised by: it does not work offline (deliberate -- nothing of
their data is cached on the device), and the installed app asks for a login once
because it brings its own session.
Also corrects a stale line in Erste Schritte: the reading list still described
the Warenauftraege page as reachable for guests without a login. Guest access
was removed on 2026-09-06 -- the same page says so two sections further up.

Android app: the payout and the wish moved into the row's menu
Both are changed from the Drei-Punkte-Menue of your own row in the Teilnehmer
tab now, and the wish can be changed after signing up at all - it used to be
set only at sign-up.

docs(bank): the app gains the staff view, and three things stay in the browser
Bank employees and Bank Management now get a Mitglied | Verwaltung switch in the app, with
every account of the unit behind it — including ones they hold no view grant on, which are
marked as such. Members without a bank role see the switch locked rather than hidden, so a
newly appointed employee can find it.
Also corrects a line that said the whole bank-employee view stays in the browser. Three parts
of it do: the admin area, the direct booking forms, and the KRT tier editor.

docs(bank): the app's Anträge tab, and the missing Umbuchen line
The Android app now carries the org-unit bank's booking requests: raising one, correcting or
withdrawing one's own, and granting or revoking the owner approval on an account one is
responsible for. Confirming and rejecting stay in the browser — those are the bank employee's
acts and the app does not carry that surface.
Also fixes a line the Umbuchen slice left stale: the app's Lager does all three bookings now,
not two.

docs: screenshots can now be allowed from Einstellungen
The page said screenshots are off, full stop. They are still off by
default, but a member can permit them under App > "Screenshots erlauben"
(basetool-android#81, PR #82) — with the recents-thumbnail cost named.

Android-App: v0.1.0 is out — drop the note, and say what to compare against
The download addresses work now, so the "noch nicht veröffentlicht" note was the
only wrong thing left on the page.
The verification advice was also weak: comparing a release's fingerprint with the
same release's notes only proves the release is consistent with itself. The page now
points at the README's value, which was recorded when the key was generated and is
therefore independent of any release.

Android-App: say that there is no release yet
The page went live before the first release, so every download address on it leads
nowhere. A removable note at the top is cheaper than a member following the Obtainium
steps and concluding the app is broken. It comes out with the release.

Android-App: document the mobile client and link it from the sidebar and Home
The app reaches the same data with the same rights, so the handbook needed a page
saying how a member gets it, signs in, and tells a genuine build from a forged one —
none of which the browser pages cover, because none of it exists in the browser.
Written for this wiki rather than copied from the app repo's own: features are links
to the pages that already describe them instead of a second description that would
drift. What stays here in full is what is specific to the app — installing without a
store, the browser round trip for the login, the app lock, and what the device keeps.
Placed beside the Desktop-Extractor in "Mehr", in the sidebar and in Home's overview.
Both are ways into the Basetool that are not the browser, which is the thing a reader
is looking for when they end up in either.
Every internal link was checked against the existing page files.
