docs: the wiki is for normal users only, admin content removed
The wiki is written for members and every non-admin role; admins get
their information elsewhere. This removes everything that described the
admin area or admin-only actions:
- the Administration page and its sidebar entry are gone, and every link
to it is removed;
- Admin columns and admin-only rows are gone from the permission tables,
and ADMIN is gone from the role hierarchy;
- admin pages and sections (ship data, other members' hangars and
blueprints, notification rules, Discord approvals, the organisation
structure editor, bank reset, the audit-log viewer, system settings,
delete actions behind the admin menu) are removed;
- "Admins always / or an admin / admins see everything" qualifiers are
dropped, and user-facing facts that stem from an admin setting stay
without the setting.
An admin is still named where the reader has to contact the
administration or waits on it (account approval, role assignment,
deletion requests). The Admin role keeps one neutral line in the role
overview.
Also joins a notifications table that a stray blank line split in two.

Phase 3 redesign: the area pages
Hangar tabs, blueprints, Kartellbank, Leitung, Materialboerse, materials,
refinery, orders detail, Lager, missions, operations, promotion, org chart,
administration, connected apps and data-protection pages describe the
redesigned screens.

Materialbörse: offers shrink or vanish with the Lager row, and the audit shows it
A Lager movement that lowers or removes an offer is now in the audit log
with its occasion (krt-profit/basetool#2162). The page also says that an
offer disappears with its Lager row and does not grow back on its own.

Document the stolen marker in Lager and Materialboerse
REQ-INV-053, shipped with krt-profit/basetool#2124; marking is still
switched off on the server.

Bring every page in line with the app as it ships today
A page-by-page check of the handbook against the frontend templates, the
German message bundle and the role matrix. Labels are now quoted exactly as
the app renders them: the org-unit switcher is "Aktive Org-Einheit", the
conflict notice is "Konflikt: Jemand war schneller", and the sidebar paths
match the regrouped navigation.
Removed what is no longer true: guest and outsider access (gone since the
members-only change of 2026-09-06), unread notifications kept forever (they
are deleted after 180 days), the Android page's crash log and "later"
imports, and internals that do not belong in a handbook (requirement ids,
class names, raw URLs).
Added what was missing: the third account state "Keine Rolle vergeben",
"Globales Lager leeren", "Menge anbieten" in the Materialbörse, the
Itemsammelübersicht, the terms admin page, and the minimum Desktop-Extractor
version 2.9.1 for sending. The Android page now points to the app's own
handbook instead of duplicating it.

docs: the pages that still had an Anonym or Gast column
The members-only commit changed the four pages the plan named. These are the
ones it did not, and each still told a reader something that is no longer true:
Einsätze described the Outsider tier as current below a note saying it was gone,
and six matrices carried a column for a caller who cannot reach the tool.
Einsätze: the list needs a login, the redaction is one tier, and the surviving
tier keeps description, payout choice and comment — those were hidden from
Outsiders, not from members. The Outsider column is removed rather than emptied,
with a line saying so.
Rollen und Berechtigungen, Kartellbank, Materialbörse, Organisation,
Warenaufträge: the Anonym / Gast column dropped from every matrix; the Gast role
row removed; the default-role paragraph says what happens now.
Organisation additionally stops describing the anonymous order form as current —
it went with the login requirement in August.

docs: document app-wide per-browser filter persistence
Filter selections (multi-selects, checkboxes, sort, view toggles, tabs)
now persist per browser and are restored on the next visit across the
tool: Materialboerse, Lager views, refinery queue, profit calculation,
missions/operations showPast, promotion surfaces, bank grants/chart
range/org-detail tab, and the admin filter pages. Search fields and
date ranges deliberately start fresh (basetool REQ-UI-017, ADR-0120).

docs(materialboerse): document Gesuche (wanted-listings) alongside Angebote
Cover the new requests direction of the Materialbörse: the four tabs
(Alle/Meine Angebote + Alle/Meine Gesuche), the mode-aware CTAs
(Material/Item suchen), how to post a request (catalogue picker, optional
minimum quality on both kinds, desired quantity in SCU/Stück, Markdown
description, no Lager backing), the "Ich kann liefern" fulfilment signal and
its notification, managing own requests, and the extended permission matrix
and audit note.

docs(materialboerse): document Material/Item toggle in the release picker
The "Material anbieten" dialog now leads with a Material/Item radio that
narrows the picker to your material or stock-backed item stock; note the
picker list opens only on click/type. Mirrors REQ-MARKET-002.

docs(wiki): document offer-owner notification on Materialbörse interest
Reflects #1187 / PR #1200: an offer owner is now notified in-app when a
member registers interest in one of their listings. Adds the trigger to the
Benachrichtigungen page (trigger table, Ereignis-Adressat selector example,
intro examples + related pages) and a note to the Materialbörse "Interesse
anmelden" section with a cross-link.

docs(wiki): add Materialbörse page + cross-references
New Materialbörse (material-exchange trade board) page: release from Lager,
the master-detail board, registering interest, location/interessenten privacy,
managing own offers, live update, and the permission matrix. Add it to the
sidebar and Home; note the "Für Börse freigeben" checkbox in Lager; bump the
audit-log area count to ten (Materialbörse) in Home + Administration.
