What's New

Added

  • populate-hierarchy command - Populates parentId field based on conventions
    • Naming convention: Titles starting with T###. set parentId to that epic (e.g., "T328.1" → parentId: T328)
    • Depends on epic: If single dependency is an epic, sets it as parent
    • Supports --dry-run to preview changes before applying
    • LLM-Agent-First JSON output with summary and change details

Fixed

  • list --tree now works - Was documented but not implemented
    • JSON output: Adds tree field with hierarchical structure (children nested)
    • Human output (--human): Renders ASCII tree with status icons
    • Works with filters: --type epic, --parent T001, --children T001

Changed

  • deps tree JSON output enhanced - Now LLM-Agent-First compliant
    • Added summary with totalNodes, rootCount, leafCount
    • Added rootNodes and leafNodes arrays
    • Added nodes array with task metadata (id, title, status, type)
    • Maintains backward compatibility with existing dependency_graph and dependent_graph
