Complete CLAUDE-TODO → CLEO Rename Cleanup

Removes ALL remaining "claude-todo" references from the codebase:

Changed

  • Schema titles - All *.schema.json files now use "CLEO" branding
  • Dev scripts - bump-version.sh, validate-version.sh now use CLEO:START markers
  • Injection markers - Removed legacy CLAUDE-TODO:START handling from validate.sh and init.sh
  • Completions - bash-completion.sh and zsh-completion.zsh functions renamed to _cleo_*
  • Documentation - All docs/*.md files updated with cleo command references
  • Tests - Completion tests updated for new function names
  • Core files - CONTRIBUTING.md, AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md updated with CLEO branding

Added

  • AGENTS.md validation - validate command now checks AGENTS.md injection version
    • Reports outdated or missing injection with actionable fix commands
    • Can auto-fix with --fix flag

Fixed

  • Injection tag consistency - All injection markers now use CLEO:START/CLEO:END exclusively
    • No more legacy CLAUDE-TODO:START detection or migration code
