Add helpers to ease dependency sychronization with existing build.gradle or pom.xml

Since users will need to do so to get proper IDE support, it would be great if kscript could provide methods to ease bi-directionaly dependency synchronization

E.g.

• print pom from script
• print gradle from script
• print //DEPS ... from pom.xml or build.gradle

why not write them as kscript mini-apps?

this would also allow for

kscript --idea script.kts 

to generate temporary project directory with pom.xml and open idea on that path to create project with dependeny resolution ec.

Fixed in v2.1 by adding --idea option
