Migrated from regex to rexile (#53)

* Migrate from regex to rexile v0.4.8

- Replace regex crate with rexile for lightweight pattern matching
- Update API: Regex -> Pattern, captures.get(n).as_str() -> captures[n]
- All 551 tests pass, all examples work
- No significant performance impact
- Library size reduced ~100KB
