A. Plans

Level A: 
Single Video-clip transcription
Multiple speakers enabled
Keyboard shortcuts
Local file access and Remote URL access enabled

Level B:
A quality-assurance review system
Youtube (depending on need)

Level C:
Large video file --> transcription by crowdsourcing (Red5)?
Multiple transcriptions are compared for discrepancy

B. Status
---------

Functionality Level A is nearly ready for demo. Couple of bugs.

C. Current Usage
----------------

The root of the site will be the "home" page where the user chooses to be
"Admin" or "Transcriber"

Admin usage:
  -view the status/transcript of the current clip objects which are initialized
  -add a clip
     -move the video to the public/videos folder
     -click the radio button for the desired file and submit, or enter the
      URL of the file, preceded by "http://"

Transcriber usage:
  -transcribe a video, which is served at random from a pool of videos
