1. LPW Homepage now shows connection status (🟢 or 🔴) to the target ollama server. If the connection is down (🔴) then LPW halts and inform you so that you can troubleshoot further.

2. LPW Setting Page now allows you to override Ollama Server Port (default is 11434)

4. LPW Homepage now shows the running version (helps to report issues and troubleshoot further)
