v0.4.0 - YAML Configuration Files

• All configuration and schema files switched to yaml format (Issue #3)
• The PyYAML module is now a required dependency.
• Implemented fix for Runtime Errors appearing at the start of a new table (Issue #2)
• Removed extra config files and deprecated scripts.
• Main README file reorganized with simpler commands.
