v0.6.0 - XML Overhaul XPath

• XML parsing now done with lxml rather than minidom, explicit use of XPATH
• All tables except assembly now use efetch rather than esummary
• Multi-match nodes are concatenated by semi-colon
• Sevearl field changes and removal (see CHANGELOG)
