Document flows, secrets and kept files Eight endpoints had no page: the generator selected by a `/browser/` path prefix, so everything shipped since went undocumented while the pages that were generated went on naming `keep_file` and `session_files` in their prose. Adds the generated reference pages, three hand-written guides, the two env vars that turn the features on, and the sidebar and Home entries for all of it. Every page's error table is now read from the spec rather than asserted, which corrected all fourteen existing ones: a Grid refusal has been 503 since the errors change, not 500, and 404 was never mentioned at all.
