IPv6 & IPv4 dual-stack support for Openstack Terraform

What would you like to be added

I think everything in Kubespray supports dual-stack now, but what about contrib/terraform/openstack/ ?

It looks like nodes can only have one network?

And private_subnet_id is just a string so it doesn't seem like there can be multiple IPs attached either.

I think it is possible without changes to the current Terraform code, but it requires using one Openstack network that is dual-stack , with an IPv4 and IPv6 subnet. This involves a lot of complications on the Openstack side though.
