There has been several instances of flake on ubuntu related to a malformed apt file (sources ?).

Does not happen every time but quite regularly

Which tests are failing ?

Any tests involving ubuntu, happens in particular in bootstrap-os.

Since when has it been failing ?

Unsure, some weeks.
