Missing 'admission-controller-service' when running './hack/vpa-process.yamls.sh print' on VPA 1.4.1

What did you expect to happen?:

When running the script hack/vpa-process-yamls.sh print, the admissions-controller-service resource should not be missing from the resulting YAML bundle file.

What happened instead?:

When running the script hack/vpa-process-yamls.sh print, the admissions-controller-service resource is not generated.
