Some thoughts from my own usage (or lack of usage) - they're a "nice to have" but nothing that really drives me to use them over a standard markdown list. There hasn't been any instance yet where the features they bring would push me in that direction.

I can see how they'd be useful in certain scenarios, it just doesn't align with how I generally do things.
