health-checker flag deprecation runs into error

Hi,
I just tested the new v1.34.0 release and it seems the health-checker binary does not work anymore as the flag 'systemd-service' gets marked deprecated before it is added to the flag set:

$> docker run -it --entrypoint=/bin/bash registry.k8s.io/node-problem-detector/node-problem-detector:v1.34.0

root@cf12d547cbed:/# /home/kubernetes/bin/health-checker
failed to mark deprecated flag 'systemd-service': flag "systemd-service" does not exist

btw, for health checking of kubelet the better option is systemd watchdog: https://kubernetes.io/docs/reference/node/systemd-watchdog/

There is an effort to build the same for containerd: containerd/containerd#10329 but it seems to be stalled now
