Description

This PR adds comprehensive MDX documentation for the KubeStellar Dashboard.
The documentation provides a clear, structured overview of the Dashboard’s purpose, layout, features, and workflows, helping users understand and effectively use the Dashboard as the central entry point to the platform.

The content is written for both new and experienced users and includes step-by-step guides, real-world use cases, troubleshooting guidance, and visual references.
