cant install to my watch

after i update, i cant install anymore

Please try installing it directly on the Apple Watch, this worked for me!

the app is installed on iphone, but coulnd't install to watch, saying"coulnd't install at this time " on iphone. but the app appears on Watch, it says "couldn't install at this time, couldn't verify the integrity".
and couldn't find Watch OS if trying to directly install from Xcode to Watch.
