0.1: Merge pull request #188 from kuhlkena/184-dependency-docs

This is a pre-release for testing the installer.

The installer will install Python 3.11 and the required packages. For best results please uninstall Python 3.11 if it is already installed or manually run pip install for: ttkbootstrap, open3d, pymeshlab, plyfile, show_in_file_manager, and matplotlib.

NOTE: There is a known issue with pymeshlab using the Microsoft store install of Python and the mesher will fail. If installing manually please ensure that you have Python 3.11.5 downloaded from Python.org and that Python is installed under AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311

REQUIRES: Cuda (nvidea card) and 16 gb RAM
