docs(wiki): overhaul for V2 — philosophy shift and current node set - Overview & Vision: new 'How Version 2 evolved this' section framing the shift as 'know more, ask less', plus three new design principles (3.13 Fidelity, 3.14 Automation Without Gates, 3.15 Ask Only What Matters). Scope de-scoped from 'Version 1' and corrected (no category splitting / prompt building stages). - Rename 'Resolver, Categories & Prompt Builder' -> 'Resolver & Prompt' (the page was named after two stages removed in V1.1); a stub keeps the old URL working. All inbound links updated. - Home: corrected tagline (flat prompt), released status, V2 summary, three-stage pipeline, 15 principles. - Development: repo tree no longer lists the deleted compiler/splitter and compiler/builder packages. - Configuration: new 'What the Configuration node exposes' table explaining which config fields are deliberately not node inputs and why. - Requirements: V1 criteria marked met; Roadmap dev-order table marked historical.
