Desktop Scale breaks plugin GUIs

Desktop Scale other than a value of 1 will break plugin GUIs

Load a plugin .... go to prefs and set the Desktop scale to .8 or 1.2

double click to open plugin UI
If set to .8 , the Plugin's UI will be stunk to roughly 100x100 pixels with no controls
if set to 1.2, the UI will be oversized, off screen and no controls.
