Editing the description inside the player

User story

As a walkthrough creator I want to be able to click an edit icon in the Javascript call-out to change the description for a step.

Why we need this

If we have an empty dialogue box with an edit link when there is no description, it would be easier to edit a walkthrough once you have submitted it.
