What should Audionaut do next? Feature requests wanted

With v1.2.2 out the door, Audionaut now runs on all three desktop platforms — macOS, Linux, and (new!) Windows.

And a friendly reminder: Audionaut is free and open source (GPLv3). No accounts, no subscriptions, no locked features — download it, use it, read the code, change it. Which is exactly why your input matters: this project is built for its users, so tell us what to build.

What would make Audionaut more useful for you?

Whether you edit podcasts, music, field recordings, or anything else multitrack — we'd love to hear:

• 🧩 Missing features — what do you reach for that isn't there?
• 🔍 Analysis ideas — Audionaut already does segmentation, onset detection and beat tracking; what other automatic analysis would save you time?
• ⚡ Workflow friction — things that work but take more clicks than they should
• 🖥️ Platform gaps — anything that feels less polished on your OS
