feat: ship 0.6.32 transport and remote mesh review updates

Summary

• add the 0.6.28-0.6.32 transport update set, including explicit WSS handling, truthful live-vs-configured transport status, admin transport setup, and clearer invite/active transport reporting
• ship the introduced remote-meshspace review flow so cross-mesh peers are separated on Connect and require explicit admin-approved bridging intent
• align release-facing docs, changelog, and version metadata with the shipped transport and review model
