Documentation: the operator (human/email) noun

Catch-up docs for the operator noun shipped in v2.31.0 (#419, #425). The SKILL / README / llms-* prose was deferred until the gateway device-authorization bridge went live; this lands it now that the flow is verified end-to-end.

  • SDK reference (sdk/README.md, sdk/llms-sdk.txt): the r.operator namespace — deviceStart / devicePoll / overview / revoke (browser-delegated device-auth, RFC 8628).
  • CLI reference (cli/README.md, openclaw/SKILL.md): the run402 operator login / logout / overview / whoami command group.
  • README.md / AGENTS.md: namespace count + the operator-session.ts core primitive.

Also fixes two stale references found in review: the removed getUser / getUserId / getRole in-function exports now point at auth.*, and r.deploy.apply → r.project(id).apply.

Docs-only patch — no code or API change. Lockstep: run402-mcp, run402, @run402/sdk @ 2.33.1.
