First public alpha of jobwright: an AI layer for governing data-orchestration jobs with Claude Code.

Four platform adapters across all three deploy models (Databricks api-reset, Snowflake Tasks sql-ddl, Airflow + dbt git-sync), a deploy-safety PreToolUse guard, generic checks + a composite validate-job gate, a deterministic jobs index, a job scaffolder + generated AGENTS.md, and 10 lifecycle skills.
