v2.0.0 — the UX release

13 invokables → 7 skills, one front door, ≤5-question setup.

• /ticket is the front door: opens or resumes a ticket, auto-loads context + prior art (was 4 separate commands), routes plan → build → check → ship. --recall and --worktree modes.
• /setup merges configure-workspace + onboard-teammate (--teammate), detect-first with at most 5 questions, plus an adopt mode for repos with existing ticket history (maps, never overwrites; writes MIGRATION.md).
• qc-review → /review · deliver-ticket → /ship · productize-workflow → /productize · index+context-pack → /refresh.
• All 12 v1 names still work as deprecated aliases (removed in v3). Full rename map in the CHANGELOG.
• README rewritten as a 5-minute quickstart; new docs/architecture.md + docs/troubleshooting.md.
