Add a "Nearby" graph widget (the tides widget that leads to the tides graph tab)

Expected behavior

People don't know what the "Nearby graph" means on their screen.

This is a small detail on an otherwise great app, but look; this is what my tide graph looks like:

So,

"WTF is 'Nearby'??", right? It's nearby, great, but, what is it?
