The uncompressed release directory should be placed inside of oak/ so that the binaries are where the python scripts expect them to be.

This update:

• Fixes a bug in Encode::Battle::Types::write where the second type was not used/encoded
• Removes Stockfish style clamped ReLU in favor of vanilla
• Adds --mirror-match and --bandit-name-after to vs program, improves printing
• Fixes two major MatrixUCB bugs (accidentally using Search matrices rather than Output for UCB Matrix, solving every iteration)
• Adds minimum parameter to MatrixUCB
• Adds WIP documentation via include/README.md

Since network inference has changed, a new network training run is included.
