This PR solves issue #167
To upload a trace properly to OSM, the app needs storage permission for reading the gpx file.
Functionality added:
Every time a user tries to upload or export a trace, he/she will be asked to deny or allow the app access the storage. This, only if the permissions aren't granted yet.
Android versions tested on: 6.0 and 8.0
