Remove kaniko from profile README

Context

The organization has decided to deprecate kaniko in favor of docker/build-push-action. See labrats-work/org.docs#28 for the full context.

What Needs to Change

• Update profile/README.md to remove kaniko from the CI/CD technology list, replacing with docker/build-push-action or just Docker

I've reviewed the work in PR #17 and it looks correct. The change replaces Kaniko with docker/build-push-action in the organization profile README, which accurately reflects the current technology stack.

Organization-level documentation is already consolidated:

• ADR-0008 in labrats-work/org.docs formally documents the decision to adopt docker/build-push-action (status: Accepted)
• ADR-0006 in labrats-work/org.docs documents the original kaniko decision and is already marked as "Superseded by ADR-0008"

No additional documentation changes are needed — the org.docs ADRs provide the authoritative record of this architectural decision.

Working on this now. Found kaniko reference in profile/README.md line 31. Will replace with docker/build-push-action and create a PR.
