Wrong pointers

The tools to which is being pointed in
https://github.com/labri-progress/agent-mining/blob/main/heuristics.md
lead to an error (page not available), because it points to the wrong place.

For example, when clicking on Amp, it goes to
https://github.com/labri-progress/agent-mining/blob/main/tools/amp.md
while it should go to
https://github.com/labri-progress/agent-mining/blob/main/agents/amp.md

The same holds for the other tools.
