Discrepancies between .md and .json files #4

https://github.com/labri-progress/agent-mining/blob/main/agents/claude_code.md mentions .github/workflows/claude as a file heuristic, but it's not present in https://github.com/labri-progress/agent-mining/blob/main/agents/claude_code.json; .claude/ in the JSON is not supposed to match .github/workflows/claude.
This is apparently matched by the heuristics https://github.com/better-rail/app/blob/main/.github/workflows/claude-code-review.yml (cf. the current qualitative validation), but I don't see what in the JSON would match it.
