This PR adjusts publish-channel access control in the App Detail → Publish UI by changing the WeChat channel’s “Pro feature” flag.
Changes:
- Mark the WeChat publish channel as non-Pro (
isProFn: false) so it is no longer blocked for non-Plus users by the existing!feConfigs.isPlus && config.isProFngating.
