变更梳理后有几个点需要确认：

主要变更理解

这次 PR 主要是在 Agent V2 / HelperBot 辅助生成和运行时链路里补齐已关联 Agent Skill 的上下文：

• topAgentParamsSchema / TopAgentFormDataSchema 增加 selectedAgentSkills。
• ChatAgent 的辅助生成 metadata 带上 appForm.selectedAgentSkills，生成结果回填时同步 Skill 和 sandbox 开关。
• Skill 列表查询从 API route 抽到 listReadableAgentSkills，供 API 和 pro 侧复用。
• sandbox 注入 Skill 后，把平台 Skill 应用层的 name/description/avatar 传给部署版本，再在扫描 SKILL.md 时输出 app_id/app_name/app_description。
• Agent prompt 里增加平台 Skill 应用信息，帮助模型从应用层语义匹配到具体子 Skill 的 path。
• PromptEditor 的 @ 选择器新增 Agent Skill 分组。

整体主线是合理的，API 入参仍使用 parseApiInput，新增 i18n 调用也都是静态 key。

需要确认的问题

1. @ 选择 Agent Skill 是否应该复用显式 Skill 选择弹窗的限制？

projects/app/src/pageComponents/app/detail/Edit/ChatAgent/hooks/useSkillManager.tsx 新增的 PromptEditor @ -> Agent Skill 路径会直接拉取 getSkillList 并调用 onAddAgentSkill。但显式选择弹窗入口 useAgentSkillSelect.openSkillSelect 有 sandbox 系统配置/套餐可用性检查，SkillSelectModal 里也有 MAX_SKILL_COUNT = 100。目前 @ 路径看起来会绕过这些产品约束。

建议：把 Agent Skill 的 @ 选择也接入同一层 guard，至少在 sandbox 不可用时拒绝添加，并复用数量上限。

2. DataCard.tsx 的 zIndex 是否属于本需求？

projects/app/src/pageComponents/dataset/detail/DataCard.tsx 只给数据集卡片 footer 加了 zIndex={2}，和 HelperBot / Agent Skill 上下文没有直接关系。建议拆出到独立 PR，或在当前 PR 说明它解决的 UI 问题。

3. 设计文档路径是否应改为 .agents/design？

当前新增文档在 .codex/design/skill-assist-generation-integration.md，但仓库约定和现有目录是 .agents/design。建议移动到 .agents/design/...，避免新增一套并行设计文档目录。

4. source=store 系统 Skill 的列表语义需要补测试确认。

authSkillByTmbId 对 system skill 有 read-only 特判，但新抽出的 listReadableAgentSkills 仍走列表权限计算。当前新增测试覆盖了个人 Skill 的 skillIds 权限过滤和继承权限，但没有覆盖 source=store 的系统 Skill 对普通成员是否可读。建议补一个 store/system Skill 用例，明确这里是既有语义还是本次抽 service 后需要统一的行为。

验证情况

• git diff --check upstream/main...HEAD 通过。
• 尝试运行 PR 描述中的 service 局部测试时，系统 pnpm 是 11.7.0，仓库要求 10.x；改用 corepack pnpm 10.33.4 后因为当前 worktree 缺少 node_modules，vitest 不存在，未能实际跑通测试。
• pro 子模块指向 1bd40d773，本地提示 commit 不存在，无法检查 pro 侧源码实现，只能作为验证盲区记录。
