B4: Deployment Execution Pipeline

Execute the deployment plan through all provisioning steps with live progress reflected on the canvas.

Acceptance Criteria

• Steps in order: Validate quota → Build image → Push to registry → Provision services → Inject env vars → Deploy container → Configure entry point → Notify
• Canvas shows ghost nodes (dotted/dashed borders, reduced opacity) immediately after confirmation
• Chat action panel shows 4-stage progress: Prep / Build / Launch / Live with collapsible logs
• Canvas nodes update to running state in real-time as resources come online
• User notified when deployment is healthy
