B7: Deployment History

Maintain a full deployment history per container so users can track what was deployed, by whom, and when.

Acceptance Criteria

• Platform retains last 10 successfully deployed image tags per container
• History shows: commit message ("What"), triggered-by ("Who"), relative time ("When"), short SHA ("Version")
• Currently running version pinned at top with active highlight
• Failed/superseded deploys greyed out
