Exported strat columns have borders for intervals that resolve to zero pixels #7
Description
When the Draw Interval Borders option is enabled, very thin intervals that resolve to zero pixels (and thus aren't drawn) still have borders drawn. The image below illustrates the problem. Draw Interval Borders is enabled on the left, and disabled on the right.
